Butch graduated from the prestigious Ft. Smith Auction School in 1975 & was named the Oklahoma State Auctioneers' Associations "Outstanding Newcomer" that same year.

In 1982 he received his Oklahoma Real Estate Sales Associate License , his Brokers License in 1986 & immediately opened his own office.

Meanwhile, he pursued a 3 year course of study at Indiana University, graduating from the Certified Auctioneers Institute in 1994.

Butch is also well known to volunteer his time & talent as auctioneer to many community & service organizations.

He & his qualified staff are seasoned & knowledgable professionals with over 100 accumulative years of auction experience.
